How to Begin
        By seeking out therapy, you have taken an important step in the pursuit of greater self-awareness and increased authenticity and I honor and acknowledge the journey you have taken thus far. Should you be interested in learning more about my practice, the next step is brief phone conversation during which we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy and any immediate questions you might have. If during this conversation we determine that we may be a good fit, we will schedule an initial consultation. Finding a compatible therapist is a critical part of the process and I encourage you to feel comfortable speaking openly and honestly about any concerns or issues. Additionally, please feel free to ask me any questions you may have about myself and/or the process of therapy. I hope to speak with you soon and wish you well on your journey.


Scheduling
        To schedule an appointment, please call me at (206) 778-5854. Please feel free to leave a message on my confidential voicemail. If you are experiencing an emergency or feel that you are in crisis, please call 911 or the Crisis Line at (206) 461-3222.

        My office is located in the Downtown/First Hill neighborhood of Seattle. As we are currently in the process of moving, please call me at (206) 778-5854 to ensure that you are provided with the most up to date contact information. I appreciate your patience during the moving process, thank you.


Fees and Payment
         My fee is $90 for a 50-minute session and $50 for an initial consultation. Longer sessions are available upon request and are charged at a prorated fee. In addition, reduced fee services, or sliding scale, are available on a limited basis. Payment is due at the time of each session, unless we have come to a different agreement. Payment for your session can be made by cash or check at the time of your session, or through my Paypal account prior to your appointment time. I do not accept insurance at this time, but I am happy to provide you with a receipt for services that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.


Appointments and Cancellations
         Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is require in order to avoid being charged. You are responsible to pay for your session in full if a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours in advance.
